We process a very detailed quality control throughout the manufacturing process ensuring the delivery of defect-free products.

In the unlikely event of our product(s) developing a defect, TTC will, at its option, repair the product (s) or provide a replacement at no cost to the Original Purchaser. Indeed, for certain types of products, such as IT-related products, the manufacturer makes you benefit from a 3-month to 1-year warranty (depending on the manufacturing company).

You contact us and we arrange for a free replacement or repair from the Chinese supplier.

Caution : " Transport charges for replacement or repair of the product(s) shall be supported by the Original Purchaser. TTC shall bear all costs for the return of the replaced or repaired product(s) back to the Original Country.
