China Manufactoring Quality Control (QC)

We have prototypes manufactured to ensure conformity with the main components and essential requirements specified.

The resulting samples will further be used for future Quality Control analysis (Stages 1 and 2)

We may exercise control of the goods when the production reaches between 30-50% of the total volume.

In the unlikely event that a defect is discovered in testing, we will have it rectified straight away.

Note: This particular stage usually applies to high-volume production.

As a Quality Control company in China, we use the Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) to accurately assess 100% of

your production, thus making sure that the goods received by the Forwarding Agent match the purchase order.
