How can I ensure Product Quality?
A company with no physical presence inside China will have the most difficulty to monitor Quality controls at a lesser cost every time orders are placed with the Chinese supplier.

Our quality control methods are based on the method AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit). We proceed according to a random selection of pieces produced. The quantity is defined mathematically in terms of total number of pieces available during the on-site control. We usually use the general inspection level 2 and acceptable levels 0 for critical defects, 2.5 for major defects and 4 for minor defects. (These levels are subject to change depending on the supplier and product complexity).

Example: For a quality control before shipment (end of production) for a batch of 5000 USB keys.
The number of keys to be tested is 200 pieces in random selection.
The number of critical defects acceptable is 0, the number of minor defects is 14 and the number of major defects is 10.
In case of a higher number of defects found the test result is negative and the overall lot is rejected! A report is sent to you within 24 hours to be counted from the end of the quality control.
To achieve our goal we classified quality controls in 5 types. Each quality control must be executed at a specific time of your order. A full inspection report is provided to you allowing you to asses yourself the quality of your production and our work.

Quality Control: Our Key Stages
 When? The identification and assessment of the factory. Just before the start of mass production.
What? Commodities. Cooperation with the factory. Understanding of the customer's request by the plant. The production schedule and production processes, quality control internally.
 When? Just after the manufacturer has produced the first samples that has been approved and has began the mass production. TTC will send an inspector when 1% to 10% of the order is complete.
What? This quality control includes the following controls: the quality of raw materials and components used in production, the first production samples compare to samples approved by the client and its specifications, the cooperation with the factory, double-checking of the understanding of the needs by the workers, timing and control of production processes, internal controls.
 When? When production reaches about 20% to 50% of the completion.
What? Product appearance, build quality, measurements, weight verification, matching features, accessories, labeling and printing requirements, packaging and other tests based on specific needs. The production control will also cover raw materials, intermediate goods and production planning.
 When? Before delivery. It will take place when at least 80% of products are prepared and packed in export cartons.
What? Product appearance, manufacture, safety, function, quantity, colors, dimensions, accessories, labels, logos, packaging and packing.
 When? The container loading control will take place just before the factory workers load the container.
What? Verification of quantities, packing list, container conditions, loading process, quick control of the goods loaded and their main functions and packaging overall aspects.
