Your company is familiar with international trade and already works with an international forwarding and logistics partner able to offer nation-wide door-to-door service from China.

Thus, allowing you to buy products directly from TTC on a FOB basis (Free on Board). This means you will pay for all costs (including unloading) beyond the Chinese airport/port of your choice only (i.e. the price of the product includes transportation and loading).

The goods are consequently delivered to your local forwarding agent/customs broker or representative who will charge you administrational fee for the service.

Your usual forwarding and logistics partner does not get coverage in China and you wish your logistics function to be assumed by a reliable service provider such as TTC.

TTC will help you ensure that such a key stage of the import process is dealt with appropriately. Thus, allowing you to:

1. Buy products directly from TTC on a DDU basis (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means you will pay for:

all costs (including unloading as well as customs duties and VAT) and
any subsequent delivery beyond the named place of destination (i.e. the price of the product includes transportation, loading and door-to-door delivery).

2. Receive your product(s) directly whatever the place of delivery.

We arrange prompt air/sea transport of your goods to anywhere in the world at the best negotiated deal (based on rate and speed constraints)

We offer 3 main types of delivery service for your goods:

Transit: A longer transit time at a lower cost! An average port-to-port sail time of roughly 30 days

Price: Depends on the volume (usually expressed in cubic meters (m3)) to which extra costs resulting from paperwork preparation, loading/unloading, consolidated cargo etc. are added.

Our partner CCG, a French container transportation and shipping company, can:

secure cubic feet of volume taken up inside a (mixed) or - if need be - full container load depending on your individual requirements for the sending of your goods
also take care of receiving, unloading, clearing, transporting and delivering the goods to your home or office (on a CFR, CPT or DDU basis) thanks to a strong network of 125 agents worldwide.

Transit: A faster but costlier transit time compared to sea transport! An average airport-to-airport delivery of roughly 6 days, excluding domestic delivery.

Price: Depends on the Volumetric Weight (i.e. as per the space available in the cargo hold of an aircraft).

The volumetric weight of a shipment is a calculation that reflects the density of a package.

How to calculate the Volumetric Weight of your shipment?
The volumetric or dimensional weight is calculated and compared with the actual weight of the shipment to ascertain which is greater as follows:
length*width*height/6000
The higher weight is used to calculate the shipment cost.

We use the Federal Express (FedEx) international door-to-door service for those orderings of small quantities and small weight.

Transit: Depending on the destination country (average 7 days)

Cost: Highest. Depends on the number of kilos. Our FedEx account* makes you eligible for a 40% discount off the usual full price.
